Description

A brick-paved North 8th Street stretches through the foreground on a slightly upward from right to left. On the far side of the street, the Hebard House stands at center, atop a slope. Two trees near the roadside frame the house. The 3-story Italianate-styled house is viewed at an angle from the front. The front door stands at left. Two windows sit to the right side of the door and 3 windows stretch across the front of the second story. Text from negative sleeve: 2241. Red Oak, Iowa, Nov.22, 1946. 1.
