Description
Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. A poorly lit and out-of-focus photograph of the Bow River in Banff National Park, as viewed close-up. A river bank stretches along the bottom edge and connects to a footbridge at far right that extends out-of-frame. Bow River flows beyond it, arcing towards the right and then back to the left as it approaches the distance. Rapids form around the rocks at right. Silhouetted pines are visible standing along the surrounding river banks. Mountains rise in the near distance at right and in the far distance, left-of-center. Four punched holes line the bottom edge at right. According to the negative sleeve, this set of photographs is captured in color. The scans of these images are in black and white.
