Photograph of the Bow River Valley in Banff National Park, as viewed from an elevated perspective from the Banff Springs Hotel. In the lower left corner, the pool area of the hotel enters frame and is viewed from above. Beyond it, pines line the near landscape. The Bow River Valley stretches into the distance. The Bow River flows back at center. Mountains rise up from the valley floor on either side of the river. Tunnel Mountain enters frame at left. In the far distance, mountains stand at center.
