The river is viewed from a slightly elevated angle. It extends on an upward angle from the lower left corner and across the image to the right. From the right, it extends back towards center. Rocky banks covered with pine trees line both sides of the river as it stretches into the distance. Text from negative sleeve: 2301. Banff trip June 1947. June 29.
