The dirt road extends beyond the width of the bottom frame. It narrows as it stretches straight back through the center of the image. In the near distance, it slopes downward. Tall pines line both sides of the road and a mountain is visible rising in the far distance at center. Text from negative sleeve: 2304. Banff trip June 1947. June 30, Lake Louise to Field.
