Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. According to the negative sleeve, this set of photographs is captured in color. The scans of these images are in black and white. Photograph of the ship, Del Norte, viewed close-up as it sits alongside a wharf in New Orleans. A portion of the wharf is visible extending back on an angle from the lower right corner to the left and out-of-frame. Next to it, at right, the Del Norte is moored. It is viewed at an angle from the side and extends beyond both the left and right edges of the image. On the ship's hull, it reads, "DEL NORTE." The ship's deck is obscured by a railing. Masts and rigging extend above the deck. Four punched holes line the upper right edge. Text from negative sleeve: 2342.
