According to the negative sleeve, this set of photographs is captured in color. The scans of these images are in black and white.
Photograph of 3 ships achored in the middle of the Mississippi River near New Orleans. The image appears to tilt downward to the right. The Mississippi River spans the width of the foreground. It stretches back into the distance at center. Three ships are anchored in the river in the near distance, left-of-center. The bow of the nearest and leftmost ship faces camera. The rightmost ship is viewed from its port side and faces left. The most distant ship sits at center; its bow faces camera. Trees line the river banks at left and right. Four punched holes line the bottom edge at right.
