Description

West knocking on the door of the Paul Revere House in Boston's North End neighborhood. In the foreground, N Square stretches on an upward angle to the right. On the far side of the street, the Paul Revere House enters frame from the left and extends towards center. It is viewed at an angle from the front. The timber-constructed dwelling stands 2-stories tall with lattice-pane windows lining both floors. An American flag extends out from the center of the building. H. H. West stands in the distance at center and looks to the camera as he knocks on the front door. The door is situated on the far right side of the house. To the right of H. H., a car is parked along the curb, facing left. Adjacent to the Paul Revere House, a building at right rises and extends beyond the top frame.
