A slightly out-of-focus photograph of Faneuil Hall in Boston, as viewed at an angle from its west side. Faneuil Hall stands in the near distance at center. In front of it, the top half of a car is visible along the bottom edge at center. It faces right. Behind and to the left of the car, a street sign reads, "RIGHT TURN ONLY." Faneuil Hall is viewed at an angle from the west facade and the north side; it faces right. A canopy extends from the brick building and encircles the perimeter of the ground floor. Signage hanging from the canopy on the west side reads, "UNION FLORIST CO." The second-floor is lined by arched windows and pilasters. Above, the west side of the building is also lined by arched windows and pilasters. The third-floor of the north side is lined with both rectangular and semi-circular windows. Topping the third-floor on the west facade, a pediment sits. It is decorated with a semi-circular window at center that is flanked by oculi. Rounded dormers sit atop the north side of the sloped roof. At the eastern end of the building, a gilded cupola rises from the top of the hall. Surrounding buildings stand in the background. These include: the Quincy Market at left, and the Custom House Tower behind and to the right of Faneuil Hall's cupola. A streak of white enters frame at left.
