The Center was founded twenty-one years ago by Dr. Maud Wilde, and offers a complete course in mothering featuring child-study, nutrition, and character-building, amongst many others. for children ages 3 weeks to 6 years. Dr. Ledyard places a stethoscope to Tommy's chest while his mother happily watches. Text from newspaper caption: Healthy babies make good citizens. So at the Mothers' Educational Center an elaborate child-rearing course starts with a complete physical examination.
