Efforts to reopen the case between Attorney Andrews and Semple have failed even with the plea on the behalf of Miss Semple from Attorney Stanley Arndt to raise the damage costs so Andrews will also have to pay the cost of the trial. Andrews' representative Attorney Joseph Scott has claimed there will be a motion to appeal.
