Text from newspaper caption: Jack Serwe, 29 years of age, of 10332 Floralita, completely paralyzed except for his right arm and hand as a result of infantile paralysis, now travels farther and faster than when he could walk. He has just received his license to become amateur radio operator W6 NLS. The last three initials, he explained, stand for Nothing Like Sunland. Most of his equipment he built before his illness.
