Hal Ashley, Arthur Shafer and William Dickenson of John Burroughs Junior High School carnival committee already are preparing for the annual festivity to raise money for the P.-T.A. milk fund during the summer. More than 10,000 are expected to attend the party at the school-house on April 24.
