Photograph appears with the headline, "Club Members Carry on Elaborate Program of Activities for Spring Season," Los Angeles Times, 05 Apr 1936: C12. Text from newspaper caption: Mmes. D. B. Young, Evelyn Hand, Spencer Farrow, Betty Grimwood and Louise R. Hines, members of the Wilshire Women's Club, were models in the annual spring fashion show at the clubhouse when several hundred women attended. A bridge luncheon added to the program, and funds realized will aid in philanthrophy of th club. Mrs. John G. Witty, was general hostess.
