The three women behind a long table covered with a white cloth and various plates with food, cups, mugs, a large metallic cistern and a doll.
Similar photograph appears with the headline, "Trio Participates in Russian Program," Los Angeles Times, 14 Apr 1936: A5.
Mmes. Ben Lewis, Harry Kimball and Dr. Sonia Poushkareff Bergmann participated in the Russian program of the Hollywood Opera Reading Club, when music, dancers, motifs and decorations were Russian. Mrs. Lewis was in charge of arrangements at the Roosevelt Hotel luncheon following the program.
