The caption of the newspaper is cut and pasted onto the sleeve. It reads: “C. W. Seaton, Police Chief of Palm Spring police protection district with the newly equipped radio patrol car. The radio sending apparatus will be housed in the new police and fire department building, shown in the background and now practically ready for occupancy.
