While appearing before Superior Judge Archibald to fight for the cancellation of her contract with Warner Brothers Pictures over the studio's failure to reinstate her after a bought with illness last November, actress Ann Dvorak took time out to meet five-year-old admirer Mary Jane Viall, daughter of the jury clerk.
