The camera pans down towards the new Kate Page Crutcher Building of the Childrens Hospital during its dedication. The single-story addition enters frame at right and cascades back to the left. Attendees of the dedication gather to the left of the building. Some sit in rows of chairs that face towards the camera. In the near exterior corner of the building, persons performing the ceremony gather on a small porch. They are mostly obscured by an umbrella and megaphone. Larger hospital buildings rise across the background.
