Mr. Miyake stands on a short ladder descending a plane that says "Mexicana De Aviacion S.A.". An unidentified man, possibly a pilot, stands behind Mr. Miyake.
Miyake has been recalled as Japanese Minister to the southern republic of Chile after two and a half years. He has stopped in Los Angeles on his way back home to his wife and son in Japan.
