The old Southern California Company pier in Redondo Beach extends from the beach and out into the ocean. It enters frame at right and stretches back towards the left. A pipe atop the pier runs along the length of it. At center, a fence stands on the pier. A sign affixed to the fence reads, "PRIVATE PROPERTY KEEP OFF."
