Porter residence, Levi Goodrich residence, J.B. Bontemps nursery, Samuel J. Hensley residence, A.J. Grayson residence, James F. Kennedy residence (Stockton Ranch), V.D. Moody residence, L. Archer residence, Levi P. Peck, residence, Clinton House, James R. Lowe residence, San Jose Hotel with restaurant and oyster saloon, J.C. Cobb residence, A La Mariposa (E. Auzerais & Bros. [store?]), L Prevost's flower garden (San Jose Nursery). At bottom, 2 large vignettes of Young Ladies' Academy, on either side of block of descriptive text.
