Intelligence work is the chief objective of the Anti-Axis Committee, organized by Japanese American Citizens League leaders a few hours after the Pearl Harbor attack. Anti-Axis headquarters is the busiest spot in Li'l Tokyo, but as Chairman Tokie ("Jap") Slocum (veteran of World War no.1) said, "We can't reveal the type of work we are doing for Uncle Sam."
