Description
Scope/Content: An oral history with Ainsley Vanyzl, who was born in 2001 in San Francisco, California. She is a second year student at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) as of 2020. Vanyzl previously lived in Australia and Thailand and currently resides in California. During her interview, she discusses different experiences she;s had across the world with the ocean. She briefly explains the experience of taking photographs underwater in the Similan islands. She mentions an experience encountering a penguin at the Galapagos Islands. She also explains why she enjoys scuba diving as a way to experience a new way of life.
