Weinshel letter to University of California School of Medicine Dean regarding Department of Psychiatry at Mount Zion Hospital and Medical Center recruiting: "This letter is one aspect of our department's recruitment program to tell you of the interest of our department in attracting black applicants to our psychiatric training program; and it is also designed to provide some information about that program for those who may not be conversant with it or the changes which have taken place within it in recent years."
