Fine marker pen (grey), fine black & red ink pen on drawing paper. Rendering is mounted on color pastel paper which has red drawing pencil markings.
"These costumes are based on traditional t-shaped Chinese jacket and trousers. There are patch pockets on jacket. For each set, jacket has patches on elbows made from trouser fabric while there are knee patchesmade from jacket fabric. Fabrics to use here are raw silk, homespun and other fabrics with obvious texture. Hat is pale straw "Kuli" style. Shoes are black canvas", "4 MALE CHORUS", "PEASANTS "A" ", "ACT 2/2" written on mounting paper.
