Transcription: [Written on photograph] 315 [Written on envelope] Earth fill dam installed at head of barranca. Dam on the right. This dam will be allowed to silt in within about six feet to the top, creating a small depression in the corner of this bean field. Note half round sections carrying run-off into barranca. This pipe need not be removed as dam silts in and will not clog with silt. [Negative digitized]
