Boy's suit is a replica 'Mao' jacket and is unlined. Trousers are drawstring. Girl wears cotton smock and drawstring trousers. Both wear Communist youth red silk neck scarves. Boy has black Chinese canvas slippers. Girl's slippers are black canvas 'Mary Janes'. Both wear white socks.
