Description
Scope/Content: Investigation of flooding (Clear Lake), sedimentation (Lower Cache Creek Basin), water resource problems in the entire Cache Creek Basin with consideration of the need for and feasibility of improvements to solve these problems. Focus on a Clear Lake Outlet Channel, and alteration of the Cache Creek Settling Basin to enhance sediment deposition and create a National Wildlife Refuge.
