Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-2342: Condit Dam on the Columbia River in Washington State is ninety years old, cracking and produces a mere 14 megawatts of electricity. Despite its unimpressive stature as an energy producer, it continues to block thousands of salmon and steelhead from returning to historic spawning grounds in the scenic White Salmon River in southern Washington.
