Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket numbers p-2603, p-2619, p-2692, p-2602, p-686, p-2698, p-2601: The Macon County Government of the State of North Carolina ("Macon County") and the Town of Franklin, North Carolina ("Franklin")(collectively, Movants), hereby file this motion seeking late intervention, jointly and severally, in the above captioned proceddings.
