Description
Scope/Content: Notes and study prepared by Lee in the role of consulting engineer, submitted to W. B. Mathews, Special Counsel to the City of Los Angeles in the case of H. M. Wooley vs. City of Los Angeles in Kings County Superior Court. The study focuses on rights of the City of Los Angeles to divert from the Owens River, based on water rights to ditches purchased by the city. Includes sketches, data tables, and handwritten notes.
