Scope/Content: Abstract: This document is now posted on the US EPA website to demonstrate Section 319 of the Clean Water Act project success in the management of Nonpoint Source Pollution and the removal of a surface water segment from the 303(d) list of impaired waters. This 2-page document provides an excellent project summary and restoration success indicators related to the water quality deficiencies and eventual recovery to fully supporting status on Black Brook.
