Description: Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-20: On August 16, 2005, PacifiCorp ("applicant") filed an application and offer of settlement with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("Commission") for an amendment of license for the Cove Development Project located on the Bear River in Caribou and Franklin Counties, Idaho. By notice dated October 11, 2005, the Commission solicited motions to intervene, protests, and comments regarding the application for amendment of license.The State of Idaho, ex rel., the Idaho Department of Fish and Game ("IDFG"), Idaho Water Resource Board ("Water Board"), and Idaho Department of Environmental Quality ("IDEQ"), by and through the State's undersigned counsel, Harriet A. Hensley, Deputy Attorney General, hereby provides notice of its intervention in this proceeding pursuant to 18 C.F.R. § 385.214(a)(2). The State of Idaho, ex rel., the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation ("IDPR"), and Idaho State Board of Land Commissioners ("Land Board") by and through its undersigned counsel, Harriet A. Hensley, Deputy Attorney General, respectfully moves the Commission, pursuant to Rule 214(a)(3), for an order permitting the IDPR and the Land Board to intervene in this proceeding. Pursuant to 18 C.F.R. § 385.2001(a)(1)(iii), this document has been filed electronically with the Commission this date and thus all requirements for file copies have been met.
