Description
Scope/Content: Signed typewritten letter from Charles K. Schertle, former member of the Western Rangers "Oraibi Council," offering to donate an original copy of the Laws of the Western Rangers. Envelope annotated with reply date.
Biography/History: Some Trailfinders and Woodcraft chapters used names related to Native American peoples and communities in their chapter names. These "tribes" and "councils" were units of an organization for non-Indigenous youth.
