Scope/Content: Abstract: The proposed removal of Wildcat Diversion Dam, South Diversion Dam and Coleman Diversion Dam will release sediment presently stored behind the dams. This report attempts to quantify the impacts associated with this sediment release and design appropriate mitigation measures.
