Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC Issued Document Number p20 On May 28, 2005, PacifiCorp, licensee for the Bear River Hydro Project, filed a Habitat Restoration Plan (plan) 1 pursuant to article 405 of the Bear River Project license.2 The Bear River Project currently occupies 510.5 acres of federal lands managed by the U.S. Department of the Interior's Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The project consists of the Soda, Grace and Oneida developments and is located on the Bear River, near the towns of Soda Springs in Caribou County and Preston in Franklin County, in southeastern Idaho.
