Description
Scope/Content: Abstract: PacifiCorp proposes to decommission the Condit Hydroelectric Project on the White Salmon River (Figure 1). An important step in this preparation is gaining an understanding of the noxious weeds that occur in the area and the potential for them to spread into the newly drained bed of Northwestern Lake, newly formed wetlands, and other areas associated with decommissioning activities. A wetland delineation was performed in August 2003 (CH2M HILL, 2003). A wetland inspection and a terrestrial and aquatic noxious weed survey were performed in August 2007 to achieve the study goals outlined in section 1.2.
Scope/Content: Dam type: gravity
Scope/Content: Date constructed: 1913. Date removed: 2011.
