Scope/Content: Project No. 07-063-13.; "Project Manager: Lisa Ames."; Environmental Impact Statement/Report for Bair Island Restoration and Management Plan Don Edwards San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge Bair Island Ecological Reserve Project (Certified January 22, 2008) provided at the meeting on a separate CD.; Scope and content: Staff recommendation: Authorization (1) to disburse up to $800,000 to Ducks Unlimited to construct a pedestrian/bicycle bridge linking the San Francisco Bay Trail to Inner Bair Island and (2) for the Association of Bay Area Governments to disburse up to $200,000 of previously-authorized Conservancy funds to Ducks Unlimited for this project.
