Description: Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-2381: This report summarizes monitoring activities conducted under the Ashton-St. Anthony Wildlife Enhancement Plan (WEP) between 2001 and 2005, and summarizes anticipated future activities. Any exceptions to the enhancement measures proposed in the amended WEP are noted in the associated program section, as are any specific conclusions or program assessments. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commissions (FERC) requires that this report be filed by December 31, 2005. A complete description of the enhancement measures undertaken is included in the amended WEP prepared by PacifiCorp in 1995 for the Ashton-St. Anthony Project (PacifiCorp 1995) and approved by FERC in an order dated September 12, 1996.
