Scope/Content: Abstract: On January 14, 2005, Arizona Public Service Company (licensee) filed a suspended sediment monitoring plan pursuant to ordering paragraph N of the Commission's October 8, 2004 Order Approving Surrender of License and Removal of Project Works, and Dismissing Application for New License for the Childs Irving Project No. 2069.1 The project is located on Fossil Creek in Gila and Yavapai Counties, Arizona, on lands managed by the U.S. Forest Service.
