Description: Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket numbers p-20, p-472. p-2401: This letter will serve as certification by the State of Idaho pursuant to the provisions of Section 401 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (Clean Water Act), as amended, 33 USC 1341. If PacifiCorp complies with the terms and conditions in the FERC licenses and the conditions set forth in this 401 certification, there is a reasonable assurance the operation of these facilities will comply with the applicable requirements of Sections 301,302, 303, 306 and 307 of the Clean Water Act and the Idaho Water Quality Standards and Wastewater Treatment Requirements (Water Quality Standards or WQS).
