Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-2082: The Karuk Tribe has standing pursuant to 18 CFR 385.214(a)(3)(b)(l),(2). As an active party in P-2082-027 and having filed a Response to Interior's Request for Declaratory Relief in P-2082-027, the Tribe's interests are directly involved in sub docket P-2082-039. As an interested party, request Is made to incorporate that Response In this new sub docket and to be granted party status herein.
