Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-477: On February 14, 1994, the Portland General Electric Company, licensee for the Bull Run Project, fied with the COmmision as-built drawings for the Marmot Canal downstream migrant bypass system. The licensee included its evaluation of the downstream migrant bypass system in the filing, and supplemented the filing on nin subsequent dates. The Bull Run Project is lovated in Clackamas County, Oregon on the Sandy River, a tributary of the lower Columbia River. The licensee filed the downstream migrant fish bypass drawings and evaluation under paragraph B of the order issued Devember 15, 1987.
