Description
Scope/Content: Report submitted by Lee, in the role of Hydraulic Engineer, to Chief Engineer William Mulholland as a supplement to the "Final Report of Los Angeles Aqueduct Water Supply Investigation in Owens Valley" (1911). The report includes data and discussion of changes to the lake after its water was diverted to the Los Angeles Aqueduct. It analyzes the effects of these changes on the Inyo Development Company's soda ash (sodium carbonate) processing business.
