Description: Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-477: A table showing the cost estimates associated with the three alternatives described in the November 2002 Bull Run Draft Environmental Assessment. A cost estimate was only provided for Alternative 1 in the document submitted (page 6-1). The table shoes the total estimated cost associated with each alternative as well as the specific component that changed between the alternatives, specifically, the cost associated wtih removing Marmot Dam.
