Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-2342: This document transmits the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's (Service) reinitation of consultation and Biological Opinion (Opinion) based on our review of the proposed project, which consists of interim operation of Condit Hydroelectric Project and dam removal, located in Skamania and Klickitat Counties in Washington State, and its effects to the bull trout (Salvelimus confluentus) and bull trout critical habitat in accordance with section 7 of the Endangered Species Act (Act) on 1973, as amended (16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq)
