The Implementation Plan also contains several of the plans specified in the License Order's Articles and attached Conditions, including: Conservation Hatchery Plan; Habitat Restoration Plan; Land and Water Acquisition Plan; Fish Stranding Minimizatio Plan; Kackley Springs Plan; Dam Leakage Measuring Plan; Boating Flow Release Plan; Oneida Operations Regime; Boating Flow Forcasting Plan.
