Scope/Content: Abstract: The following report presents Questa Engineering Corporation's summary and analysis of existing conditions and alternative development for removal of the Camp Meeker Summer Dam on Dutch Bill Creek (the Dam) for restoration of fish passage for native Coho salmon (Oncorhynchus kisutch) and steelhead trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss). The project goals are to safely remove the Dam to allow transport of spawning gravels and increase the utilization of approximately 17,800 feet of potential steelhead and Coho spawning habitat.
