Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-2342: White Salmon Conservation League, White Salmon River Steelheaders, and Forest J. Hofer (hereinafter "WSCL et al.") move to intervene and protest PacifiCorp's petition for a declaratory ruling that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("Commission") has jurisdiction to grant PacifiCorp's pending Application for Amendment of License and Approval of Offer of Settlement which PacifiCorp filed with the Commission on October 21, 1999 ("Application"). WSCL et al. files this Motion to Intervene and Protest pursuant to the Commission's Notice of Petition for Declaratory Order, dated June 14, 2001, and Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure Scope/Content: Height: 125 Length: 250 Scope/Content: Date constructed: 1913.
