Scope/Content: Project No. 08-163-01.; "Project Manager: Amy Hutzel."; Scope and content: Staff recommendation: Authorization to disburse up to $400,000 to the San Francisco Planning and Urban Research Association to pursue implementation of recommendations in the Ocean Beach Master Plan by conducting a traffic circulation and access study, developing a joint coastal management framework, and developing a joint open space management agreement among the multiple management entities.
